As computing power, algorithms, and data become infrastructure—who owns it?
Increasingly critical capacities for production and governance are concentrating in the hands of a few platforms and systems. If the ownership of infrastructure is not re-examined, the power structures of future society will be quietly rewritten.

As systems begin to shape human opportunity and fate—who governs?
Who is seen, who gets opportunities, who is flagged as a risk—increasingly determined by technical systems. If those most affected have no genuine place in governance, technology becomes the new distributor of destiny.

As value increasingly detaches from labor—who shares?
If machines increasingly handle production and cognition, while wealth and dividends flow only to those who control the systems, the distributive legitimacy built around labor in the old era will begin to fail.

The ThreeCo Principles are not a blueprint for a perfect society. They are a set of institutional coordinates—requiring any intelligent civilization to answer three questions it cannot avoid.

When systems have grown too complex for any individual to grasp alone, and when technical decisions profoundly affect the lives of most people, should those affected hold a genuine—not merely decorative—place in governance?
Who has the right to participate in making the rules that affect everyone?

Co-Sharing
Shared Benefit
When the enormous gains produced by intelligent civilization are generated increasingly independently of human labor, can those gains be permitted to accumulate only toward the few who control the infrastructure?
Who has the right to share in the value created by intelligent civilization?
The ThreeCo Principles do not promise humanity a conflict-free future. They only require that future institutions answer seriously: who owns, who governs, who shares.

About the Author
I did not enter this problem from abstract theory. In spring 2018, in Shanghai, Siri misheard the name of a historic park—Zuibai Chi, a place whose name evokes the Tang dynasty poet Bai Juyi—and displayed it as "The Biggest Idiot Park." The two names sound nearly identical in Mandarin. The error lasted a second. But the question it left did not go away: what happens when AI makes mistakes that are not about park names?
The ThreeCo Principles are my attempt to build a shared language for this age.
I have worked across medicine, research, trade, manufacturing, and investment for forty years. Any industry's deepest contradictions are ultimately institutional. AI is making those institutional problems more urgent and harder to avoid.

Vision

I hope that artificial intelligence brings not only efficiency,
but a new society more likely to move toward
abundance, justice, and civilizational self-awareness.

When future generations look back at today,
may they acknowledge:
ThreeCo was not utopia—
it was a stake driven into the ground
at the threshold of intelligent civilization.
